Welcome to FriendLock, an iOS application developed and operated by Mitness Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By using FriendLock, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

App Description

FriendLock locks apps until a selfie with at least two people is captured. It's designed to promote social interaction by requiring users to be with friends to unlock certain apps. FriendLock allows users to save photos used for unlocking in a memories gallery and synchronize them across devices using iCloud.

Subscription Terms

To unlock unlimited features, users can subscribe to FriendLock Premium with the following plans:

• Monthly: $1.99 USD
• Yearly: $14.99 USD
• Lifetime: $59.99 USD

Prices are shown in US dollars. Actual charges may vary depending on your country or region of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's account settings.

Limitation of Liability

Mitness Limited and FriendLock are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
